Before Care Extended Day 

For an additional fee, families can drop off campers in the morning beginning at 7 a.m. until camp begins. If you are not signed up for before care, campers will not be permitted on campus until 8:30 a.m. 

After Care Extended Day 

Campers can also extend their day from 3 - 6 p.m. Campers who are not picked up by 3:15 p.m. will be enrolled into extended day for that day. Families will be invoiced a $20 fee for the day. Campers picked up after 6:10 p.m. will be charged an additional $20 for the day of extended care. 

Before Care extended day: $40 a week

After Care extended day: $55 a week

Before Care and After Care extended day: $75 a week

Payment, Refunds, Cancelation Policy and Discounts

Payments

A $75 nonrefundable deposit per camper is due at the time of registration. Families have the option to pay in full at registration or by June 1. Please be aware that camper registration is not complete until full payment is made.

Monthly payment plans will be made available during the registration process.

All payments must be made in full by June 1, 2025 or the campers registration will be canceled.

No refunds will be issued for cancelations processed after May 31.

If you need to cancel, please contact Summer Knights to discuss transferring into a different camp before canceling.

Program fees will be fully refunded if SMR does not run the program. Families will be notified two weeks in advance if a program is canceled.

Discounts
Families can take advantage of coupon codes, multi-child discounts, or multi-session discounts. Only one discount can be used during registration. Keep an eye out for the ValPak coupon in the mail March - June and flyers in your child's school bulletin with a coupon code. Coupon codes will also be posted on SMR social media.

Health Information

Per the Maryland Department of Health, the only medication allowed at camps are emergency medications (EpiPens and Inhalers). Parents must provide an authorization form, which must be completed by a students primary health care provider, including day of camp registrations. Forms must be submitted to Summer Knights for approval a full week before the first day of camp.

In addition to the Medication Administration form, families should also fill out and have a doctor sign an Asthma Action Plan or Allergy (Epi Pen) Action plan; whichever applies.
