Yoga Class: This course is designed to introduce students to the basic postures, breathing techniques and relaxation methods of yoga. Improved flexibility, balance, and strength will be emphasized.
Classes are taught by certified yoga instructors with many years of experience. Appropriate for beginner, intermediate and advanced yoga levels. Class is capped at 10 participants and masks are required.
Dates and Times: Saturday at 8:30 a.m. and Sunday at 9:30 a.m.
Location: St. Mary's Ryken Campus, Donnie Williams Center
