Health & Wellness Classes Open to the Public
Yoga Class Description: This course is designed to introduce students to the basic postures, breathing techniques and relaxation methods of yoga. Improved flexibility, balance, and strength will be emphasized.
Classes are taught by certified yoga instructors with many years of experience. Appropriate for beginner, intermediate and advanced yoga levels. Classes are capped at 15 participants.
Location: St. Mary's Ryken Campus, in the Donnie Williams Center Multipurpose Room
Parking is located directly across from the Donnie Williams Center.
Dates and Times: Beginning September 21st, every Wednesday from 4 - 5 p.m.
Cost: $10 per class. Free for faculty, staff and students!

I began practicing yoga in 2004 to improve my overall health and especially to improve my sleep. I’ve been teaching yoga since 2010 to a variety of groups ranging from Pre-K students to adults. I have an Intermediate Yoga Certification, Restorative Yoga Certification and have completed the 200 hours of Yoga Instruction Certification.
