A complete application to grade 9 will include:

  • Application fee ($25 until October 31, 2026. The fee is $50 starting November 1, 2026.) 
  • Online Application for Admission
  • Student photo
  • Essay
  • Transcripts 
  • Academic Evaluation Forms
  • HSPT (High School Placement Test) Test Scores

Class of 2031 Application Process

Dates to Know ✅

  • Monday, November 30, 2026: Deadline to register for the HSPT at SMR 
  • Saturday, December 5, 2026: HSPT Test Date at St. Mary's Ryken (ADW School Students will take the test at your school.)
  • Friday, December 11, 2026: Have your application checklist items and all supporting documents completed
  • Saturday, January 9, 2027: Second HSPT test date at St. Mary's Ryken and deadline for essay scholarship submissions
  • Saturday, January 16, 2027: Attend Fine Arts Scholarship Workshop (Optional)
  • Saturday, January 23, 2027: Attend Scholarship Day auditions for merit-based scholarships
  • Friday, January 29, 2027: Complete Your Financial Aid Application (FACTS)
  • Friday, February 19, 2027: Decision Day! Check Your Email for your Decision Notification and check the mail for your Decision Letter! (Emails sent by 8:00pm)
  • Friday, March 12, 2027: Attend Registration Day as a Future Knight and deadline to enroll in the Class of 2031!
