Community Service
St. Mary's Ryken Christian Service Program encourages every student to offer their time and their talents to people or non-profit organizations who are in need of assistance. To fulfill our call as Christians, the program urges students to accept and reach out to those who may be less fortunate.
Any student who needs more information on the number of required community service hours, or has questions about the program should contact the Campus Ministry Office in Rupert Hall for more details.
Xaverian Service Program
In keeping with Gospel teachings and the philosophy of the Xaverian Brothers and St.
Mary's Ryken, students are required to complete a service project at each grade level
as a graduation requirement. The Campus Ministry Office coordinates the Christian
Service Program. Freshmen and sophomores complete ten hours of service at each
grade level. More specific information can be found under Campus Ministry Xaverian Service
