Meet Our Faculty
Nancy RiesterYou can find Mrs. Nancy Riester on campus day and night doing a variety of things to support our community like running study sessions, cheering on one of our sports teams, or setting up for a dance. Mrs. Riester is a teacher in the math department, the SGA/SAC moderator, and assistant women’s lacrosse coach. She has been teaching at St. Mary’s Ryken for 8 years and had her two sons graduate from here.
Donna Martinez“She has a wonderful teaching style that includes all students in the lesson and brings the material alive for all of us. She is an amazing person and teacher.”
This is what senior, Anna Bielewicz, had to say about World History teacher, Mrs. Donna Martinez. Beyond her caring yet stern way in the classroom, Mrs. Martinez is known around campus for her tireless work in developing and moderating our Honor Council. Mrs. Martinez has been teaching at St. Mary’s Ryken for 25 years.
Bob DurbinMr. Bob Durbin has been serving the Ryken/St. Mary’s Ryken community as a teacher for 35 years. He currently teaches Latin I, II, III and AP Latin.
